Curious about which size you should order? When you click on an item, you can click on "What is my size?" above the indicated sizes. By answering a few questions, we will give you size advice. If the fit deviates, this will be stated in the product description of the product in question.
Due to the unique collections that are produced in limited editions, it happens that items are sold out (quickly). As soon as an item is back in stock due to a return shipment, we will adjust the stock directly on the webshop. Therefore, always keep a close eye on our Online Boutique and sign up for the newsletter to always be the first to know.
To order
Select your item, then select the correct size and then click on 'Add to cart'. The product will now be placed in your shopping cart. If your shopping cart is completely to your liking, you can complete the order. Follow all the steps to place your order. After your order has been paid, you will receive a confirmation email. If you order before 3:00 PM on weekdays, the order will be shipped the same day. During the (sample) sale, it is possible that your package will be shipped a little later than you are used to from us.
If you forget to enter a discount code, it is unfortunately not possible possible to settle the discount after payment.
We work with different payment methods. This makes it possible to place an order from both the Netherlands and abroad. Our payment options are: iDeal, Visa & Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Lofty Manner Giftcard.
Send
We ship our items for free within the Netherlands for orders over €100. For orders under €100, shipping costs are €3.95. Shipping costs for abroad are visible when you select the relevant country during payment.
If you order on workdays before 15:00, we will send your package the same day! In the shipping confirmation that you will receive, you will find your tracking number with which you can track your order. Have you not yet received a shipping confirmation from us? Then send an email to webshop@loftymanner.com . We will then check it for you as soon as possible.
If you are not at home to receive the package, the carrier will leave a note with information on how and where you can collect the package. It is also possible that the carrier will try a second time to deliver your package.
If you have not received your order within three business days, please contact our customer service. We will then find out the status of your order as soon as possible.
Please note: during the (sample) sale, your package may be shipped a little later than you are used to from us.

If you have received an item damaged or incomplete, please contact us first by sending an email to webshop@loftymanner.com .
Is the item not quite what you had in mind? It is possible to return the item within 14 days from the delivery date. Under the heading exchange & return you can find the steps for returning your item.
We're very sorry to hear you have a complaint about an item we delivered. Please register your return through our returns portal and select the "product is damaged" option. Our team will be happy to help you find a suitable solution.
We're very sorry to hear you received your order incomplete. Please send us an email at webshop@loftymanner.com. We'll try to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.
Don't worry. We haven't received or processed your order yet. When we have received your return, we will send you a credit note by email.
You will receive a confirmation from Returnista once your return has been successfully registered. When your package has reached our warehouse, it will take a maximum of 14 business days for us to process your return. If the return meets the return conditions, we will initiate the refund. Please note that the processing of an iDeal transaction can take 2 to 3 business days before it is processed. For credit card transactions, this is a maximum of 10 business days.
If the delivered item is not entirely to your liking, you have the option to return the item within 14 days. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of your decision to cancel the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your own expense. When returning, you can choose between a replacement item or a refund of the purchase price.
Gift card
In our Online Boutique you can purchase a digital gift card on this page . You can choose from the following amounts: €15, €20, €25, €50 or €100.
It is not possible to choose a different amount at this time. The gift card can only be redeemed at www.loftymanner.com.
Once you have paid for the digital gift card, you or the person you are giving it to will receive it by email within a few minutes.
In this email you will see both the exact amount of the gift card and the unique code. You enter this unique code during checkout under 'Discount code or gift card'. Then you press 'Apply' and you will see that (part of) the amount is deducted from the total amount.
If the purchase amount is lower than the value of your gift card, the remainder will remain on your gift card.
When you have spent part of your gift card and want to check your balance again, go back to the email in which you received your gift card.
Then click on 'View digital gift card'. The remaining balance will then be displayed above the gift card.
Want to surprise someone with a gift card and have the recipient receive the gift card directly by email? Check the box for 'I want to send this as a gift' and fill in the recipient's details.
Surprise someone at a later time? Then fill in the date at the bottom when the gift card should be sent by email. If you want to send the gift card immediately, you can fill in the current date.
Yes, this is possible. You then enter both unique codes during the checkout of your order.
Please note: when you return an order, you will receive the amount on both gift cards back. You will not receive a new gift card.
A gift card is valid for up to two years after purchase. If you give a gift card as a gift and want to send it at a later time, the date starts when the recipient receives the gift card by email.
If you have used your gift card but return (part of) your order, you will receive the refund amount back to the original payment method.
This means that when you have paid for your order in full with your gift card, you will receive this entire amount back on your gift card. You can then use the unique code for a new order.
If you paid for your order partly with a gift card and partly with iDeal, Apple Pay or Credit Card, you will receive two different payments.
Example: you bought a blazer of €75 with a gift card of €50 and paid the remaining €25 via iDeal. In this case, you will receive the €50 back on your gift card and the remaining €25 will be refunded to your bank account.
Please note: a gift card can never be exchanged for cash.
At this moment it is only possible to redeem a Lofty Manner digital gift card in the webshop.

Once you have purchased a gift card, you can no longer exchange or cancel it. The same applies if you have received a gift card as a gift.
The Lofty Loyalty Club
You can sign up by creating an account here . Once it is processed, you will immediately receive 250 points as a thank you for signing up.
You can find the points by logging in to your member program account. You can do that here . You will see your saved points immediately at the top of the page.
Your saved points are valid for 12 months. So make sure you exchange your points for a voucher on time.
A voucher is valid for 12 months. If you have requested the voucher, you will receive it by email or you can find it in your member program account.
It may happen that the voucher does not arrive in the mail, our apologies for this. You can then log in to your member program account . You can find the voucher with your rewards. If you can't figure it out, you can always contact our customer service via webshop@loftymanner.com or call 020- 737 09 68.
As soon as you use your savings points for a voucher, they will expire. As soon as you return an order for which you have redeemed your voucher, you will not receive it as a new voucher or in cash. This is the case during the return.
It is possible to unsubscribe from The Lofty Loyalty Club. You can submit a request to completely remove your data from the Lofty Manner database. To do this, you can contact customer service via webshop@loftymanner.com .
