Exchange and Return
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please note: items from the Online Sample Sale have a return period of 14 days.
All items must be returned unworn, unused and undamaged in original packaging with the original hang tags.
The shipment is provided with the completed return form.

You can choose to take the package(s) to a DHL parcel shop or to schedule a pick-up appointment. Choose your service and pay easily with iDeal for your return label. You will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail. Please note: return costs are for your own account.
Pack and send
Pack your items, fill in the return form and include it with the shipment. Do you keep the packing slip yourself and only return the return form? Then don't forget to write the returned items, five-digit reference of your order and your first and last name on the form. Stick the return label on the box and bring your package(s) to the DHL point.
*Unfortunately we cannot accept the shipment without a fully completed form.
Acknowledgment of receipt
You will receive a confirmation from Returnista as soon as you have successfully registered your return. When your package has reached our warehouse, it will take a maximum of 10 working days for us to process your return. If the return shipment meets the return conditions, we will use the refund. Please note that the processing of an iDeal transaction can take up to 5 working days before it is processed. For credit card transactions, this is a maximum of 10 working days.
Send via another carrier
If you choose to send the package(s) via another carrier, we would like to ask you to report this to our customer service in advance via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note: the customer is responsible for the shipping. Packages with a stamp do not always arrive. It is therefore advisable to send your package(s) with Track & Trace. Keep this code safe until your return has been processed, so that you can always check the status of the shipment if something goes wrong.

Would you like to exchange for a different size?
Fill in the return form and indicate which size you wish to receive. After receiving your return, we will send the desired item to you as soon as possible (free of charge). Please note: with the Online Sample Sale it is not possible to exchange your item(s) (for a different size).
Did you receive a wrong item?
First of all, our apologies for this. In order to help you as quickly as possible, we would like to ask you to email email@example.com. Mention your five-digit reference in the email and we will send you the correct item as soon as possible.
Report this to us within 24 hours by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, only then can we replace and/or solve this for you free of charge. If you make the report to us later than 24 hours, this warranty will lapse (due to the lack of plausibility that the damage was not caused by yourself). Therefore, check your order carefully when you receive it and leave the tags attached until you are sure that you want to keep the items.
Return two orders at once?
Which can. You then only have to register one order via the link above, so that you can buy a return label. The other order therefore does not have to be registered online. It is important that you include the paper return form for both orders in the package. Write on these forms the returned items, five-digit reference number of your order and your first and last name.
