Returns Policy

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • All items must be returned unworn, unused and undamaged in original packaging with the original hangtags.

  • The shipment includes the completed return form.

  • Please note: cover the old label with the new return sticker or, in the case of a digital return label, put a large cross through your details. This will prevent your return shipment from being returned to you.


Would you like to exchange for a different size?

If you want to exchange an item for a different size, you can also indicate this online via Returnista. When scanning the QR code (or click on this link ) you can choose to return an item, but also to exchange a different size. In this case, choose 'Receive the right size'. If the size for which you want to exchange the item is no longer available, it is unfortunately no longer in stock

Exchange & return instructions:

    1. Click HERE to register your return
      Log in with the email address you used to place the order and the five-digit code of your order.

    2. Select the return reason per article
      If you have received a damaged item, please contact customer service first via webshop@loftymanner.com

    3. Return Method
      You can choose to bring the package(s) to a DPD or DHL parcel shop or to schedule a pick-up appointment. Choose your service and pay easily with iDeal for your return label. You will receive an email confirmation of the registration. Please note: return costs are at your own expense.

    4. Packing and shipping
      Pack your items, complete the returns form* and include it with the shipment. Stick the return label on the box and take your package to the DHL point.
      *Unfortunately, we cannot accept the shipment without a fully completed form.

    5. Acknowledgement of receipt
      You will receive a confirmation from Returnista once your return has been successfully registered. Once your package has reached our warehouse, it will take up to 14 business days for us to process your return. If the return meets the return conditions, we will initiate the refund. Please note that the processing of an iDeal transaction can take up to 5 business days before it is processed. For credit card transactions, this is a maximum of 10 business days.

Send via another carrier
If you choose to send the package via another carrier, we kindly ask you to report this in advance to our customer service via webshop@loftymanner.com.

Please note: the customer is responsible for the shipment. Packages with a stamp do not always arrive. It is therefore advisable to send your package(s) with Track & Trace. Keep this code until your return has been processed, so that you can always see the status of the shipment if something goes wrong.

Did you receive the wrong item?
First of all, our apologies for this. In order to help you as quickly as possible, we would like to ask you to email webshop@loftymanner.com. Please include your five-digit reference number in the email. and we will send you the correct item as soon as possible.

Item/package damaged?
Report this to us within 24 hours by sending an email to webshop@loftymanner.com, only then can we replace and/or resolve this for you free of charge. If you report this to us later than 24 hours, this guarantee will lapse (due to the lack of plausibility that the damage was not caused by yourself). Therefore, check your order carefully when you receive it and leave the labels on until you are sure that you want to keep the items.

Returning two orders at once?
That is possible. You only need to register one order via the link above, so that you can buy a return label. The other order does not need to be registered online. It is important that you put the paper return form for both orders in the package. Write the returned items, five-digit reference number of your order and your first and last name on these forms.
