The Lofty Loyalty Club Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to the 'The Lofty Loyalty Club' member program of Lofty Manner (hereinafter referred to as 'The Lofty Loyalty Club'). By registering and participating in 'The Lofty Loyalty Club' you agree to the terms and conditions below.
Article 1. General
- These terms and conditions apply to the Lofty Loyalty member program.
- This concerns an online savings points system from Lofty Manner called The Lofty Loyalty Club.
- By participating in the member program, participants agree to the terms and conditions as described on this page.
Article 2. Participation
- In order to benefit from all the advantages of The Lofty Loyalty Club, such as receiving vouchers, gifts, invitations or other discounts, you must register for the member program 'The Lofty Loyalty Club'. This can be done via www.loftymanner.com/pages/sparen.
- Participation in The Lofty Loyalty Club member program is open to all Lofty Manner customers.
- Participation in the member program is free of charge.
- The Lofty Loyalty Club and the participants of the member program are bound by the content and provisions of these terms and conditions.
- Personal data must be filled in truthfully.
- Only fully completed data can be used to activate The Lofty Loyalty Club member program.
- Personal account information will not be released to third parties.
- The Lofty Loyalty Club has the right to refuse an account application.
- The Lofty Loyalty Club has the right to delete an account if there is evidence of abuse.
- The personally activated account can be visited online at any time and the participant can log in using an email address in combination with a personally provided password.
- Lofty Manner cannot be held liable for incorrect participation data.
Article 3. Collecting points
- Participants with a Lofty Loyalty account automatically receive savings points in their account when they activate the following actions, for example:
- Make a purchase
- Create an account
- Sign up for the newsletter
- Follow us on Instagram
- Add your birthday
- Invite your friends.
- Savings points are only awarded to activated accounts.
- No reward points will be awarded for paid orders placed in the past.
- Saved points cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be spent online at Lofty Manner.
- Saved points are valid for 12 months.
- Saved points are not transferable between accounts.
Article 4. Redeeming points
- Saved points can only be exchanged for The Lofty Loyalty Club vouchers. This can be done via your account at www.loftymanner.com .
- The Lofty Loyalty Club vouchers entitle you to a specific discount, product, service or other benefit.
- The range of The Lofty Loyalty Club vouchers, the number of points required to obtain them and the associated terms and conditions vary and are displayed in your account at www.loftymanner.com .
- An overview of your obtained The Lofty Loyalty Club vouchers can be found in your account at www.loftymanner.com .
- All Lofty Loyalty vouchers have a limited validity; this is stated with the relevant voucher in your account.
- If a Lofty Loyalty voucher has expired, any points spent to obtain it will not be refunded.
- Once purchased, vouchers cannot be returned for points.
- Points and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Points and vouchers are not transferable to another Lofty Loyalty account and cannot be bequeathed, assigned, resold or merged with another Lofty Loyalty participant.
- The vouchers are only valid online at our own online boutique: www.loftymanner.com .
Article 5. The Lofty Loyalty Club voucher conditions
- The Lofty Loyalty Club vouchers are not valid in combination with other promotions and/or other vouchers.
- Vouchers can be used once.
- Items you received for free when redeeming a Lofty Loyalty voucher cannot be exchanged.
- For items purchased with a Lofty Loyalty voucher, the standard Lofty Manner return conditions apply.
- If you return an item or multiple items and you have used a voucher that gives you a discount in euros, we will divide the discount over the number of items you have purchased. Based on that division. You will never receive the voucher back from us in money.
- Only one Lofty Loyalty voucher can be used per order/purchase. Combining vouchers is not possible.
Article 6. Returning items
- If you return items for which a Lofty Loyalty voucher has been used, you will not receive the relevant Lofty Loyalty voucher back. You will also not receive the points spent on a Lofty Loyalty voucher back.
- If an item is cancelled by Lofty Manner, for example because the item is no longer in stock, and a voucher has been submitted for this, it is possible to receive the points/vouchers back. For this, the customer must contact customer service via webshop@loftymanner.com.
- In the event of cancellation by the customer, no claim can be made for a refund of points/vouchers.
Article 7. Termination of participation in The Lofty Loyalty Club
Participation in The Lofty Loyalty Club member program can be terminated at any time. If desired, the customer can submit a request for the complete removal of her data from the Lofty Manner database. To do so, the customer must contact customer service via webshop@loftymanner.com.
Article 8. Control and abuse
- Lofty Manner reserves the right to monitor participant use for compliance with the terms and conditions.
- It is not permitted to abuse the benefits and services of The Lofty Loyalty Club member program. Any abuse of The Lofty Loyalty Club and/or other violations of these conditions may lead to exclusion from participation in The Lofty Loyalty Club and/or invalidation of unused points and vouchers. In addition, any unjustified discount may be reclaimed by means of an invoice.
Article 9. Privacy
- Participants must provide correct and complete personal data.
- Participants who provide incorrect information will be disqualified from participation.
- By participating in The Lofty Loyalty Club member program, participants agree that their data may be used for mailings from Lofty Manner.
- Personal data provided will be included in the Lofty Manner database. The Personal Data Protection Act applies to this database.
- Personal data will never be provided to third parties unless written permission has been granted.
Article 10. Liability
- Lofty Manner is – unless there is intent or deliberate recklessness – not liable for any damage whatsoever, direct or indirect, suffered by or in connection with participation in The Lofty Loyalty Club member program. In particular, Lofty Manner is not liable for damage in connection with or as a result of termination or modification of The Lofty Loyalty Club member program: obvious typing or printing errors in offers from Lofty Manner; communication failures in connection with hardware, software, network or other computer problems; and/or inaccessibility of the Lofty Manner website.
- If The Lofty Loyalty Club participant is wrongly denied or withheld points, Lofty Manner's liability is limited to crediting the points.
Article 11. Final provisions
- Lofty Manner is at all times authorized to discontinue and/or change the promotional conditions regarding the member program without notice and without stating a reason.
- In cases not provided for in the promotion conditions, Lofty Manner will decide.
