• The delivery time is approximately within 4 working days. When you have received an order confirmation by email, we have received your order(s) in good order.
  
  
• It is not possible to add an item to your order afterwards. A new order must be placed for this.
  
  
• Sample Sale items cannot be returned. As compensation, our newsletter members receive a €5 discount code that you can redeem during the checkout of your Sample Sale order. If you do not use this discount code, we will donate your €5 voucher to a charity.

• Sample Sale items cannot be exchanged for a different size or another item of the same price.
