• The delivery time is approximately within 3 working days. When you have received an order confirmation by email, we have received your order(s) in good order.
  
  
  
• It is not possible to add another item to your order afterwards. A new order must be placed for this.
  
  
  
• Items from the Sample Sale may be returned within 14 days of receipt*. Items must not have been worn and/or washed and must have the original hang tags. The return must also be registered via Returnista and the paper return form must be completed. Do not forget to include the reference number of your order and your first and last name on the returns form. If this is missing, the return cannot be processed.
  
  As soon as we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email. After this, it may take up to 14 days for us to process your return. After processing, you will receive an email and the purchase amount will be in your account within 1 to 2 working days if you paid with iDeal. For a credit card payment this is within 10 working days.
  
  

• Placed multiple orders? These may be returned in one package, provided that the return period for all orders has not yet expired. Register at least one return shipment online via Returnista in order to download a return form. The paper return form must be completed for all returns.
  
  Example: do you have three different returns? This means three different paper return forms.
  
  

• Items from the Sample Sale cannot be exchanged for a different size or another item of the same price. In this case, you will receive the purchase amount back into your account after we have received the item back. This right expires if the notification is made after 14 days after receipt of the order. A report can only be made via webshop@loftymanner.com .
  
  
  
• Regular discount codes do not apply in combination with items from the Sample Sale
