Lofty Manner is a boutique brand with a new collection every month in a limited edition. We guarantee not only exclusivity, but also uniqueness because every collection consists of new prints and designs. Our ambition: to sustainably expand our brand in Europe with selective distribution and a limited edition.

What are you going to do?

As a Print Designer you will work together with our design team and develop the signature of Lofty Manner. You are responsible for the all-over and placement prints of the collection. Our clothing is characterized by unique prints designed by us.

That's why we're looking for you! Your talent to create striking and original all-over and placement prints will strengthen our vision and take our collection to new heights.

One day you are busy at our head office making mood boards, the next day you are walking around the centre of Amsterdam getting inspiration for the next collection of prints. No day is the same at the Lofty Manner design team and you are both creative and analytical about fashion. It is up to you to use your knowledge and creativity to create inspiring, unique and stylish collections together with the creative team time and again.

Activities

• You lead the development of unique prints for our collections;
• You manually create prints that you can then digitally translate and repeat;
• With a strong ability to empathize with the target group, you effortlessly translate creative ideas into suitable designs;
• You set up print directions for each collection theme;
• You develop and present proposals for all-over and placement prints;
• You prepare detailed sheets for all-over and placement prints and deliver these to our suppliers;
• During print meetings with the design team and sales, you present your designs convincingly and know how to inspire colleagues and get them involved in your vision. 

Profile

• A completed education in graphic design, illustration, textiles or fashion;
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role as a graphic designer in the fashion industry;
• You have an excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator;
• You are structured and can handle deadlines well;
• You function excellently both independently and as part of a team.
