Delivery & Returns


LOFTY MANNER sends all orders with DHL to the address provided by you. Shipping costs are always free at For orders from Belgium € 4.95 shipping costs are charged. We aim to ship all orders ordered before 23:00 on the same day so that they are delivered the next day (with the exception of holidays and weekends).



I would like to return my item (s)

That's no problem!

If you are not satisfied with your item, you can always return it within 14 days, provided it is still in its original condition - in the packaging, with tags, unworn and undamaged. You can fill in the return form that comes with your order and return your order to us via our external return service Returnista or via another service point such as PostNL, DHL, UPS. You can return the package via a service point of your choice, as long as the return goes to our address.

Garments without tags, with make-up stains, deodorant / sweat stains, other scents or other stains cannot be returned and will of course not be treated.

As a customer you must reimburse the shipping costs of the return. Note: you are responsible for this shipment. Parcels with a stamp do not always arrive. It is therefore advisable to send your package with Track & Trace. Keep this code safe until your return has been processed so that you can always view the status of your package if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns that have not arrived and have no Track & Trace. Unfortunately, we cannot handle returns that are sent without return postage and not according to the return procedure. Packages that are returned with DHL must always have a pre-purchased and printed label on the package.


Promotion Conditions Top Elise:

The minimum order value must be € 75 or higher. This does not include the free top Elise worth 29.95.
If one or more items are returned and the order value falls below € 75, the Top Elise must also be returned. If the free top is not returned, we will charge it.
It is not possible to exchange Top Elise for a different size, color, product or amount of money.

Outlet / Sale conditions:

For our 50% Sale, Outlet and Sample Sale items we use our adjusted return conditions. Items purchased in the 50% Sale, Outlet and Sample Sale are non-refundable as they are offered at a special discounted rate.

These items are priced so low that it is unfortunately not feasible to refund the purchase amount. If the purchased items are not satisfactory, we will offer you a credit code for the returned amount that is valid indefinitely. For more information, feel free to email to [email protected]

Would you like to exchange for a different size?

Of course you can. After receiving your return (please state on the return form which other size you would like to receive) we will send the new size to you free of charge.


Have you received a wrong item?

Our apologies. If you let us know by emailing [email protected], we will of course reimburse the shipping costs to return the wrong item and we will send the correct item to you as soon as possible!


Is your order damaged / do you suspect a manufacturing error or does your order have a stain?

Only if you report this to us within 24 hours by emailing [email protected] can we replace it free of charge and solve this problem for you immediately. Reporting this later than 24 hours will void this warranty (due to lack of likelihood that the damage was not done yourself), so please check your order carefully when you receive it and leave the cards on until you are sure you want to keep it.
