Below you will find the instructions for returning an order.




How do I return my order?

  1. Click on REGISTER RETURN and register your return. Log in the e-mail address with which you placed the order and the order number. The order number starts with 'ORD' and can be found on the order confirmation or the return form. If you cannot find the ORD number, please contact our customer service. They are happy to help you.
  2. Select the return reason per item. If you have received a damaged product, please contact customer service first at [email protected]
  3. Choose to bring the package to a DHL parcel shop or have it picked up. You will receive a confirmation of the registration by e-mail.
  4. Hand in your return at a DHL parcel shop or schedule a pick-up time. Please keep proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
  5. You will receive a confirmation as soon as your package has reached our warehouse. When the return meets the return conditions, the refund will be made in the same way as the order has been paid. Please note that iDeal transactions can take up to 2 business days to be processed and credit card transactions can take up to 10 business days to be processed.
