How do I place an order?

Place your chosen items in your shopping cart.
Click on your shopping cart at the top right and then on "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT". Enter your personal information and check it carefully.
Select the desired delivery option and then the desired payment method. More information about our payment methods can be found here.
Accept the terms and conditions and click on the "BUY" button to complete the order.

Do I need an account to order.

You do not need an account to order. We do advise you to create a Lofty Manner account. In your account you can save information such as the shipping address and you can view your order history. You can also save items to your wish list.

I have entered the wrong shipping address, how can I change this?

Unfortunately, it is not always possible to change an address. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. The shipping address can only be changed before the order has been shipped.

How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel an order. Orders are automatically processed in our systems, after you have received the order you can return it within 30 to receive a refund.

Will sold-out items / sizes be back in stock?

We do our best to replenish sold out items as soon as possible. You can use our 'report when in stock' service to get notified when the item is back in stock.
