Lofty Manner is a boutique brand with a new collection every month in a limited edition. We guarantee not only exclusivity, but also uniqueness because every collection consists of new prints and designs. Our ambition: to sustainably expand our brand in Europe with a selective distribution and limited edition.

What are you going to do?

One day you support our product developer with measuring prototype samples and entering new collections into our PLM system, the next day you check material compositions and take minutes during fitting sessions. Your contribution ensures that the development process runs smoothly and that all details are accurately recorded. 

At the Lofty Manner development team, no day is the same and you work both practically and innovatively on the products. Your challenge is to use your technical knowledge and creativity together with the team to develop qualitative, innovative and successful products time and time again. 

Activities

Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to use your organizational and creative skills. You will be involved in carefully measuring prototype samples, pre-packs and re-orders, ensuring that the specifications of each product are accurately recorded.  

Creating price lists for import and managing collections in our PLM system are also part of your duties, ensuring everything from approved items to revisions is kept up to date.  

In addition, you will work together on the development of new collections by actively thinking along during fittings and when working out the right fit. You are responsible for adding compositions to the fabric sheet and cutting fabrics for the archive.  

You prepare fittings, keep minutes and ensure that all samples are ready for assessment. Together with your team, you ensure that the quality and the final product are taken care of down to the last detail, while you are also responsible for keeping the sample room tidy and organized. You also contribute to handling aftersales complaints and support communication with our office in China.  

Profile

• Passion for fashion with a keen eye for detail and quality;
• You have a relevant technical fashion education;
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Basic knowledge of fabrics and materials;
• Experience in drawing up size charts;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company;
• Proficient in both Dutch and English, both written and spoken
