This fall, we couldn't ignore the color burgundy in the fashion world. From tops to tights and even shoes: the trend color of the fall was back in everything. For spring, however, we are exchanging the popular bordeaux color for a softer color variant. Where in 2023 the fashion trend 'Barbiecore' became a concept, this year we will continue with the pink shades with the new trend 'Powder Pink'.
Powder Pink trend for spring
The trend was spotted on the catwalk during fashion week for the Spring/Summer '25 season. From leather look skirts to satin dresses and of course in sneaker form: just like with the burgundy trend, the Powder Pink trend is also incorporated everywhere. Unfortunately, at the time of writing, it is only a few degrees above zero and spring is still a while away. Still, you don't have to wait to wear the pink color.
How do you combine the color pink?
The colour is already widely available in stores. Think of power suits, knitwear and pink blouses, for example. No idea what colour to combine the pink colour trend with? The options are endless! One of these options is the tone-on-tone look, where you go for an all-pink outfit. If you find this a bit boring, combine different shades of pink. You can also combine the Powder Pink trend with dark denim, white, beige and grey tones.
Extra nice: the soft pink color is also a perfect match with the burgundy color of this fall, so you can endlessly combine the two ultimate trends.
